1. About the service

I'm Alive is a safety check-in app that helps you periodically let loved ones know you're okay. If you miss a check-in, the app sends a rescue alert to the emergency contacts you designate.

The service is not a substitute for official emergency services. In a dangerous situation, contact the authorities immediately.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for checking in on schedule. If you miss a check-in and the grace period ends, a rescue alert will be sent according to the configuration you set.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the emergency contact information you store.

You must keep your password and login devices confidential.

3. Rescue alerts and emergency contacts

When you miss a check-in, the emergency contacts you designate will receive a notification so they can help you in time. You understand and agree that they will know you are overdue on your check-in.

We do not control how emergency contacts act after they receive an alert.

4. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from alerts sent early, late, or not sent due to configuration errors on the user's side.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. When deleted, all data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
